My focus is on addressing negative core beliefs, often rooted in childhood, that can impact emotional and physical well-being. I believe that when one family member faces a challenge or trauma, it affects the entire family. By strengthening relationships and addressing these deep-seated beliefs, I help individuals and families heal, grow, and restore balance. Whether you’re facing stress, emotional hardships, or social and academic challenges, I’m here to support you on your restorative journey.  I offer an integrated approach, combining attachment-based modalities with a specialization in adverse childhood experiences. It can be difficult to ask for help or know where to begin when you or your child may need extra support and aren’t sure where to turn. I offer collaborative support to help set both short- and long-term goals, along with providing resource information for any co-occurring treatment needs."
