 Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW-C, CCATP

     My main goal as a therapist is to guide my clients in implementing practices that reduce symptoms, heal wounds, and connect them to their core authentic self. I work with a wide range of populations and concerns including, but not limited to, mood issues, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, transitions, identity development, and loss/grief. My hope is that my clients feel deeply understood and that our work leads to a more settled and connected life.
       Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and have extensive training and experience working with young adults and adult populations. I believe that the therapy process should fit the needs and interests of my clients, therefore, I make sure to tailor treatment to each person that sees me.
