In practice for over ten years, Erik is experienced and fully trained in a variety of massage styles. 

With each massage experience, he customizes the treatment session to meet your unique body’s needs. By combining deep tissue, therapeutic massage and other manual therapies, intentions are for clients to feel nourished and balanced in their whole being: body, mind and spirit - one.

Specializing in sports therapies and deep tissue massage for over a decade, Erik enjoys blending together multiple modalities, including Swedish, Myo-fascial releases and Shiatsu techniques, among other east asian and western massage modalities. Erik enjoys combining energy work alongside hands-on therapies.  Each massage is thoughtfully considered in advance to address your unique goals..
