"Flow Into Balance, Breathe Into Calm.” Join Ayo for a transformative session that begins with devotion and intention setting, followed by gentle movements designed to stretch, center, and restore. Experience mindful breathwork and flowing sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance, while connecting with your inner self. Each class flows from grounding breathwork and gentle stretches to dynamic sequences, culminating in calming poses that leave you restored and centered. Come as you are, move at your own pace, listen to your body, and discover the transformative power of yoga. All levels are welcome! Any questions, send us an email: bewell@wellsviewcare.com. See you in practice. ABOUT AYO: Ayo Jones is a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT 500) and social-emotional Learning (SEL) trainer. Her passion for yoga began during the pandemic to stay physically healthy, however, she soon realized the emotional impact yoga had in her life when her practice helped her overcome grief and regulate her emotional responses off the mat. Inspired by her journey to aid others, she trained with Breathe For Change and went on to help form and lead the wellness committee at her school where she teaches special education, yoga, SEL, and the wellness after-school club. Ayo has also presented yoga and SEL workshops for educators at Anne Arundel County Schools “RISE,” conferences and Maryland State Education Association conventions throughout the county.
