'GIFTS OF THE CIRCLE" & FIVE ELEMENTS

Service Description

This series of gatherings is an introduction to Wellsview's five element based, mindfulness practice of "Walking the Circle" We do it internally, and with others, to remember the gifts of nature, the gifts of each season, the circle, and each other. This is a WellsviewMIND intro program, and core curriculum for WellsviewCARE's integrative health and medical services. Wellsview Practitioners -- Please join us! The series offers a general introduction to the "Sheng Cycle." Life's" Creation Cycle'. We will learn, explore, and interactively experience each of the five elements and their corresponding seasons with Wellsview's practitioners of East Asian Medicine and other special guest speakers too we hope (tba). Don't worry - you won't need to invest huge time and energy studying to become a Doctor of Acupuncture... and/but the series is intended to be foundational to the continued growth of the Skills Academy at the Center, and in time provide a forum for greater conversation and community at the Center. We will learn another lens for understanding natural rhythms that influence and enhance our lives and (full disclosure) the foundational philosophy behind Wellsview Center!
