QUIET DAY RETREAT

Service Description

This is a self guided day of quiet and reflection in the Winter season. Block some time for your relaxation at the Center and join this special day.​ We will gather at 10am in the Studio. We will introduce ourselves, manage housekeeping info, and set intentions for this dedicated quiet and relaxation. An inspirational theme for the day will be presented.  There will be thematically related guided meditations at the bottom and top of the retreat hours. Between 10:30am - 2:30pm. There will also be related quiet activities and journal prompts for the sessions. There will be movement with space to stretch and enjoy spaces at the Center. Lunch will be included at the WE Herb Shop Apothecary/Cafe at Noon. (Customizable menu options will be yours to select upon registration, including a full compliment of vegan/vegetarian options.) Readings/meditations will beginning again at 1pm. The final half hour will be dedicated to closing the circle and evaluation for our next Quiet Day Gathering.  (While quiet, this is not necessarily a strictly "silent" retreat, full disclosure.) We will communicate in hushed tones and allow for some periods of silence too of course.  Retreat Leadership will be a team of Wellsview's holistic health practitioners, including Wellsview's founder,  Dr. Kate Mahood.
