Wellsview is happy to present a new restful experience. It is the premier Biomat Professional mat featuring Infared heat, emf protection, negative ions, amethyst, jade and tourmaline crystals. Wellsview offers two stations for your personal use, in thirty minute sessions. It's a great way to melt away tensions, release toxins, and nourish your energy overall. Evidence-based research has shown use of the mat lowers stress hormones, boosts immunity, reduces inflammation and enhances sleep. Used on a massage table or as an open mat on the floor, both ways give you access to a private (screened) space to stretch or rest quietly realizing the benefits of this great spa experience. Following our staff's assistance for initial setup, you can rest on your own with your own headset. Alternatively use Wellsview's noise-cancelling Bose headphones with your own playlist, or the Center's with programed guided-meditations, peter hess sound bowl sessions, or similar listening options. The session is blocked for 30 minutes in full, including 5 min. session orientation, and 5 min. post session rest. Actual table/mat time is about 20 minutes private time/session. The heated mat is most effective in this window. Of course, extended (double) back-to-back sessions are also available for longer visits if desired - just book them accordingly.
