It has all the details. Then, 2). Make your payment here (or through the SQ site link below) -- CHOOSE YOUR SESSION IN THE SUMMER CAMP PAYMENT FORM: Session 1: starts 7/7; Session 2: starts 7/14; Session 3: starts 7/21; Session 4: starts 7/28; Session 5: starts 8/4. 3) Send us the health docs, waivers and other forms we will be sending you after receiving your Registration. 4) Sit back a bit and we'll let you know if your child is all set for summer camp! Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with refund is eligible within 24 hours of purchase. No refunds will be provided after 24 hours of purchase. If you can not attend, Wellsview will 'credit' your account for the value of the event, less a rebooking fee. Call or email bewell@wellsviewcare.com to rebook. The credit may be used for any Wellsview service. Please provide a minimum 48 hours notice if the event or service can not be attended. By registering for this service and/or event you agree to follow Wellsview Center policies and hold Wellsview and her affiliates harmless from any liability. With this purchase you agree to the Wellsview Consent and Waiver documents for each event.
