Refund / Cancellation & Other Policies 

REFUND POLICY:

Thank you for being a client of WellsviewCARE and Wellsview Cottage LLC.  Wellsview loves to see you thrive.

 

We appreciate your presence and the resources you bring to experience our services, events, and classes.  On behalf of our independent practitioners and the Center, we are grateful for your your purchases of these holistic health services with WellsviewCARE.

 

As a company that provides personalized and in-person therapeutic, integrative, and eastern medical services, lifestyle classes and events and wellness retreats, our services are not refundable. 

 

All sales are considered final unless a refund is requested within twenty four (24) hours of initial purchase. 

 

After twenty-four (24) hours, Wellsview may elect to offer offer an exchange of services of equal value.

 

After twenty-four (24) hours, if a change in your order is needed please adjust it accordingly through the App or feel free to contact us directly at: bewell@wellsviewcare.com   

 

Please allow us at least forty-eight (48) hours to be back in touch. 

 

Similarly, all prepaid gift cards and package sales are final after the first twenty-four (24) hours from date/time of purchase. 

 

Additionally, integrative services packages require a min of 4 months notice to discontinue from initiation and  based on the package terms. 

 

Credits on the books are not guaranteed after four (4) months, unless special arrangements are made via email above. 

 

If services are not claimed within this four (4) months, WellsviewCare and Wellsview Cottage are not required to honor them. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A minimum of forty-eight (48) hour notice to cancel is requested. 

For repeat short notice cancellations of less than twenty-four (24) hours will be subject to additional fees based on circumstances.
