

CAMP TERMS OF SERVICE
Four (4) easy steps to join InnerLands Nature Camp 2025!
1) Complete this form for Registration Application (and/or Waitlist). Complete one form for each participant/proposed camper.
2) Pay the rate per child ($395/week/participant; Early Bird Discount by June 20, 2025 is $295/participant) for the camp week of your choice. (See QR code and Links for Payment). Or book for your week(s) here on this site!
3) Complete the health info form, consent, waiver documents, and answer any followup questions that will be sent via email upon receipt of your Registration Application document.
4) Wait for your acceptance letter/email and join us at Camp! We're excited to offer 2025 Inner Lands Camps at Wellsview.
Here are the Terms and Conditions of Service and Use (in addition to other published term at our Center.)
If the camp selected is full when you register here, you will automatically be added to the Waitlist and notified accordingly. Each Camp week has a minimum attendance of six (6) kids and a maximum attendance of twelve (12) kids.
If Wellsview must cancel any camp session, for any reason at any point prior to the start of camp, the fees will be returned less a ten percent (10%) Registration Fee non-refundable holdback. Applications are considered with fairness on a first come- first served basis. While Wellsview appreciates the uniqueness of all individuals we also know our professional limits.
Wellsview reserves the right to reject an application if the children's needs are beyond our skilled and abilities to provide appropriate care. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to providing a joyful camp experience for all participants!
All other Wellsview Cottage Website and Center policies are in effect with this programming.
Wellsview Center for Holistic and Integrative Health has campus policy documents (Wellsview's Practitioners Manual) that are available to read on site at Wellsview upon request. Parents and Guardians are requested to call and schedule a time to discuss anything that may not feel right. We look forward to being responsive to each child's needs, gifts and talents this summer.
Wellsview holds the care and safety of each child at camp in the forefront of our planning and all camp experiences.
Our credentialed licensed leadership is trained in CPR and First Aid. We are proud of our abilities to deliver a wellness and playfully therapeutic camp safely for your children this summer.
All attendees grant Wellsview permission to photograph and video portions of the summer camps programming. Every effort will be made to protect the identity of each participant in the photographs taken for future marketing purposes as much as possible in each situation. All photography will be owned by WellsviewCARE LLC.
Additionally, all attendees will have a playful "headshot" picture taken for their namebadges. These photos will not be distributed or used outside of camp time.
Wellsview is crafting activities that will be enjoyable, educational, and aligning with nature. We take reasonable efforts to keep all participants and leaders safe as well. Attendees and their families take the risks in joining us. Wellsview assumes no risk unless found to be grossly negligent in our on site camp experience.
WellsviewCARE's summer camps are not considered 'medical treatment' and while all files will be maintained confidentially per our company policies, we do not share medical information, except for the benefit of participants. Wellsview reserves the right to cancel camp sessions if necessary and will refund monies should such an emergency require us to do so.
Attendees and their relatives and parents agree to hold Wellsview Cottage LLC, WellsviewCARE LLC and all their Affiliates harmless in all instances, excepting gross negligence.
