Wellsview’s TRUE FORKS is a series of seasonal cohorts to set visions, goals, and take effective personalized actions that support your best life . Including three (3) components: 1) Small Group Coaching; 2) Learning gatherings/classes, and 3) Private one-to-one integrative consults. Coordinated to deliver the most effective support for "being the change" you want to see in your life. Ready to start shifting lifestyle patterns and practicing mindful eating and movement for optimal health? Or simply changing your relationship with foods? Or enhancing your sleep, hydration, emotional experiences? It is all related! Maybe it is time to explore and practice what is most effective for you- uniquely. There is partnership and expertise for the journey at Wellsview. It starts with your weekly health coaching circle, facilitated by one of Wellsview's fully credentialed Health Coaches, and a welcoming circle of people also seeking proven approaches to greater health and wellness. Each week you will have opportunities to clarify your personal wellness vision, set realistic goals, access resources, identify and take action steps, gain fresh perspectives, and share solutions to obstacles with other participants in this confidential and caring forum. Identify and celebrate your unique TRUE FORK. The purchase of the series of eight (8) Coaching Circle Sessions in this Fall 2025 Cohort and also obtain: - Saturday morning Skills Academy classes, clinics and gatherings to further support your full journey for the changes you seek. They offer special guest lectures and experiences late morning and are offered Saturdays before Coaching Circle. - Three(3) confidential, one-to-one consult sessions (ea. 60 minute in duration, mostly in person, some may be available virtually) with professional practitioners and guides in the Academy line up. (For example, try acupuncture, nutrition, an herbal consult, or a massage - included at no extra charge for your journey toward greater wellbeing this season.) $320/cohort series This Cohort begins Saturday 10/18 and finishes with it's last gathering on 12/13.
