WINTER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION & SOUND BATH

Come celebrate the solstice with Wellsview. Sunday, Dec 21, 2025. 4:30 - 8 PM We'll gather at 4:30 in the Studio, Come meet some of Wellsview's independent practitioners - lol - we promise not hard sells! We'll have some fun with Wellsview's "top ten" ways to be well in Winter! 5:15 PM. We'll learn a bit about Labyrinths around the world and set intentions for our walks. It's a great time to set intention for the lighter days to come and/or release old stuck patterns to make room for new possibilities. 5:30 Communal Open walk along the labyrinth path to fire pit. Burn special papers! 6:30 December Sound Bath with guided meditation (in Studio) and a perfect antidote to any lingering holiday stress! We'll park across the street from the Center unless mobility is a concern. FireMaster will be tending the pit. Hot Soups & Cocoa, holiday gifts and other warm beverages will be available for sale at the WE Herb Shop! Wellsview is collaborating with ONE WARM COAT.org and offering the opportunity for you to bring a coat for donation in the drive at this event! (Gently worn and laundered please. ) The "Sound Bath and Meditation" is offered by Venetia Bailey and friends and leads us in wisdom about the Winter Solstice on this December 21st. Bring your own mat/pillow/blanket if you like to rest on the floor, or use those provided on site while you're here. We also offer 'zero-gravity' reclining chairs, if you prefer.  The singing bowls promote relaxation and calm, and we incorporate a guided meditation to start. The soft intention vibrates throughout the space encouraging calmness and can assist with opening up to deeper clarity and new perspectives.  The resonance of sound offers deep relaxation while inspiring wellness and happiness benefits through the body’s own network of self-healing.  Sound meditation can be experienced lying down, sitting on the floor, or upright in a chair. After the Soundbath we'll have the opportunity to visit more, savor tastes of Wellsview's Winter Herbal Collection at the WE Herb Shop and even hang by the fire if it's not too cold!
