Four easy steps!
1) Complete this form for Registration (and/or Waitlist) below.
2) Pay the rate per child for the camp week of your choice. ($395/child/week with EARLY BIRD PRICING $455/child by March 1st (multi-child/week and multi-week discounts are: $386/child.)

3) Complete the health info form, consent, waiver documents, and answer any followup questions that will be sent via email upon receipt of your Registration Application submission.
4) Wait for your acceptance letter/email and join us at "Camp Experience!" We look forward to welcoming you and your children to Wellsview.
Note: If the session(s) selected is/are full when you register here, you will automatically be added to the Waitlist and notified accordingly. Each session week has a minimum attendance of six (6) kids and a maximum attendance of twenty (20) kids.
If Wellsview must cancel any session, for any reason at any point prior to the start of the session, the fees will be returned less a ten percent (10%) Registration Fee non-refundable holdback. Applications are considered with fairness on a first come- first served basis. While Wellsview appreciates the uniqueness of all individuals we also know our professional limits.
Wellsview reserves the right to reject an application if the children's needs are beyond our skills and abilities to provide appropriate care. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to providing a joyful summer camp experience for all participants!
