Light Therapy
Choose the lighting to serve your skin's needs. Relax and enjoy some time with the Aculuma flexible tabletop lamp, utilizing 600 high-quality LEDs to provide a wide array of benefits, including increasing collagen, reducing inflammation, aiding in tissue repair, and more.

Sound Massage/Therapy
This is a 20 minute session to relieve tension, quiet the mind/body, settle your nerves, provide ritual and to experience inner harmony. "Sound Massage" is in the style of Peter Hess - with the signature Himalayan handcrafted bowls (precision-tuned and tested for human tissues) placed on your (fully-clothed) body. It is an opportunity to experience new depths of gentle relaxation.

Acupuncture
This is a 20-25 minutes acupuncture session, personalized to your needs, to relieve pain, anxiety, insomnia, and chronic concerns. It supports digestion, fertility, circulatory and respiratory health. Techniques include traditional Classical East Asian acupuncture, electroacupuncture (promoting pain relief and mood-boosting neurotransmitters), auricular acupuncture, and scalp acupuncture. Great for reducing inflammation and aligning your relationship with your environment.
