With the wisdom and successes of both Western and East Asian Medical practices, WellsviewCARE is designed to provide you the best holistic, integrative medical team available - collaborating fully in a concierge medical model - for your wellbeing.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS
Membership is intended to provide excellent care to meet you exactly where you find yourself, and offer accessible levels of care for every budget and health need.
Your custom membership plan is based on your initial clinical assessment.
It is a holistic concierge model of care crafted to address your intentions and grounded in evidence-based therapies to the level that is best for your needs and goals for your best healthcare. You're in charge and we bring the expertise and resources for your best life. Regular monthly payments and scheduled services help keep care predicable and affordable, and deliver the sessions that follow the 'course' you have charted for yourself with us.
WellsviewCARE, as a new model of care, is considered 'out of network' for most insurances. We provide documentation you need to file for your insurance reimbursements, and do have ways to utilize your insurance for labs and other clinical testing as much as possible. We accept HSA/FSA funds, and other standard forms of payment for the monthly membership rates.
