Service Description
Welcome to continuing monthly gatherings, that explore a variety of meditation practices from Eastern and Western traditions. First Monday of the month, 6-7 pm. First session of 2025 on January 6 We seek in practice to understand the thread of truth-seeking that underlies the many paths. This session will begin with a silent opening with Barbara Devitt and then Allen Cady will lead us in a practice of Sheng Zhen Moving Meditation. A form of qi gong with "gentle flowing movements to relax the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart." No cost and no obligation. Donations are accepted in support of Wellsview. - First Monday of the month 6-7 pm Wellsview celebrates the leadership of this program by Barbara Devitt, E-RYT 500 Hours and Gurdjieff Society guide; and Allen Cady, Craftsman and Certified Sheng Zhen practitioner. Please register here and let us know you're coming. There's no need to bring a mat or anything, (and of course, if you prefer you can.) We will meet in a circle of comfortable chairs.
