Gustos Españoles Please join us for an evening of “Spanish Culinary Delicacies.” Chef Victor Rodriguez will bring his Spanish flare to Wellsview’s WE Herb Shop! He will be serving uniquely Spanish delights, different every time. 7PM The evening begins on the Terrace Patio behind 613 Cottage. Enjoy mocktails and cocktails with seasonal herbal tastes of the islands. (If it’s inclement weather we’ll begin in the Studio.) 8PM Followed by seated three course dinner in the WE Herb Shop Apothecary Cafe. Chef Victor will prepare the evening’s flavors, including homemade tapas, tortilla, paella, papas, …. And more. 9:30PM Espresso/Herbs and Teas will follow with homemade Spanish dessert options. Followed by the traditional digestive appertif following the meal. Liimited Seating Available! When: It is happening on Friday, June 6 starting at 7 pm. Where: 611 & 613 Ridgely Avenue, Annapolis, MD. The WE Herb Shop, Apothecary/Cafe! Special culinary menu: Tabla de Charcutería, select Spanish meats, Manchego and other cheeses served with bread twists, garlic toasts, tomato, olives and almonds among other delights. (Vegan skewers available) Papas Arrugadas, (“Wrinkly Potatoes”), served with the Chef Victor’s signature Aioli, Mojo Picón, y Mojo Verde (Aioli, and Red and Green pepper dipping sauces) Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp Skillet) (with vegan alternative ) Arroz al Azafrán Paella (Saffron rice Paella) Ensalada de repollo y berros (watercress/cabbage salad) For Dessert: Beinmesabe and Quesillo (Spanish flan) Beverages: Summer Sangria Mocktails and Cocktails.
