Executive Coach
Shelly Cronk

Shelly Cronk is an ICF-certified executive and wellness coach who brings more than three decades of combined experience in military service, federal leadership support, and technical project management. A U.S. Navy veteran, Shelly built her career on discipline, integrity, and mission-driven performance — values that continue to shape her coaching philosophy today.
During her 24-year tenure in federal service, Shelly held a diverse range of high-responsibility roles, including software project manager and executive assistant to senior leaders. These experiences gave her a firsthand understanding of complex organizational structures, rapid-paced environments, and the interpersonal dynamics that define effective leadership. She leverages this background to help clients strengthen executive presence, communicate with clarity, and lead with both confidence and emotional intelligence.
Shelly transitioned into full time coaching after accepting early retirement from the federal government, motivated by a commitment to help professionals reduce stress, reconnect to their strengths, and build healthier, more sustainable pathways to success. Her coaching is grounded in a strengths-based approach that empowers clients to identify their unique assets, make conscious decisions, and create meaningful, lasting change across both their personal and professional lives.
Known for her presence, strategic insight, and ability to cut through complexity with compassion and precision, Shelly supports clients navigating leadership challenges, career transitions, burnout, workplace conflict, and work-life balance. She partners with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to expand access to high-quality executive and wellness coaching for individuals who serve their communities and drive positive change.
Shelly’s mission is clear: to help people lead with purpose, operate from their strengths, and rise into the most empowered, grounded, and authentic version of themselves — at work and beyond.
